Responsibilites:
Senior consultant, web tracking/analytics
Tasks:
- Formalize and optimize Commercial EMEA ecosystem for customer tracking:
o Google Analytics setup
o Google Tag Manager setup
- Root cause analysis of complex issues related to customer tracking
- Formalize and optimize processes for multichannel customer tracking (integrated e-campaigns, web, print materials…)
- Follow up with support team on open issues
- Define and follow up on new developments in the area of responsibility
Technical skills:
Knowledge/experience:
- GA (expert level)
- GTM (expert level)
- Experience of building GTM/GA setups in big multisite landscapes
- E-campaign management and customer tracking (expert level)
- Google API integrations (at least, medium level)
- Google Ads (at least, medium level)
- General knowledge of web technologies (experience with Drupal is a plus)
