Azure DevOps Engineer - Banking - Azure, Agile, PowerShell, CI/CD, Deployment - Brussels
I am representing a business within the financial services sector who are actively looking to hire an Azure DevOps Engineer on a contract basis.
I am looking for a technical evangelist that can support the Senior Architects and the Agile teams in preparing for development and deployment of workloads (primarily .NET Core and SQL) into Azure environments.
Responsibilities
Experienced DevOps Consultant/Engineer with experience of Agile (Scrum and Kanban)
Experience of .NET Core 2.x deployments
Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps is required with the ability to build continuous delivery pipelines for application deployment.
Deployment of Web Apps and Microservices Architectures to Service Fabric and application service including API Management
IaC - Azure CLI/ ARM Templates and JSON
Visual Basic (VB6 and/or VB.NET) .NET applications
SQL Server (2000 and/or 2005)2016
Experience with VSTS, GIT Merging etc.
Scripting (VBS and/or Perl) PowerShell
Azure and Azure DevOps (for building continuous delivery pipelines) CI/CD Pipelines for deployments
Strong grasp of automation tools
Any commercial exposure to Docker and Kubernetes would be a desirable

Rate: 500 - 600 per day
Duration: 1 year (Freelance Contract)
